CityNet

APUSS partners are also involved in CityNet, "the network of European research projects on integrated urban water management", which represents a cluster of six separate projects funded in the framework of the European Commission's 5th framework programme for research and development, Key Action (KA): "Sustainable Management and Quality of Water, KA1: Water".

To develop the collaboration among researchers, a workshop on "Process data and integrated urban water modelling" has been organised in Lyon on 15 March 2004. It has been preceded by a European Junior Scientist Workshop (EJSW) where junior researchers (i.e. doctoral candidates, etc.) of the cluster consortia and external participants had spent 4 days of intensive work on the subject.
